    The Committee on Interstate Cooperation moved to amend the bill on page ten, section one hundred five, line four, by striking out the period and the words “A signature on a power of attorney is presumed to be genuine if the principal acknowledges the signature before” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “and must be acknowledged by”.
